{#13}Mrs. Harriet WOLVERTON, 86, died at 8 p.m. Wednesday at her home in Albany
[Delaware county, IN], after an extended illness. She was born in Randolph
County and had lived all of her life in the Randolph County-Albany area.
{#13}Mrs. WOLVERTON was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth GRAY,
pioneer residents of the Albany community. She was the widow of David WOLVERTON
and was a member of the Albany Congregational-Christian Church. {#13}Surviving
are three daughters, Mrs. Samuel J. MILLER, Albany, with whom she made her
home; Mrs. Nellie SIMMERMAN of Jamestown, Ky.; and Mrs. Bert L. KRALL, Eaton,
O.; one son, E. H. WOLVERTON, Albany; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews. {#13}Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.
m. Saturday at the Albany Congregational-Christian Church by the Rev. Leo
McKinley. Burial will be in Strong Cemetery. The body will be taken from the
Stephens Funeral Home to the home where friends may call after noon Friday.
